Notices:

1. Request Type: An interpretation of the Development Code (Titles 14 – 19 Bonney Lake Municipal Code(BLMC)) and Chapters 8.04, 8.08. 8.12, and 8.20 BLMC may be requested for a specific developmentproposal, as part of a code enforcement case, or for the general application of a specific BLMC section.

2. Appeal: A code interpretation is an administrative decision that is appealable to the Bonney LakeHearing Examiner. A complete appeal application along with the necessary fee must be submitted to the Public Services Department within fifteen (15) days following the date of the decision.
