Please provide a statement describing the circumstances regarding this extension request.

Extension: The City may grant a permit expiration for one year upon request by the applicant prior to said permit's expiration. Any extensions of time shall be based upon a finding of justifiable cause and that the land use permit is compliant with all applicable codes at the time of the extension request. The Director shall not grant more than one permit extension.

Appeal: The decision to approve or deny a requested permit extension is a Type 1 Permit Decision and is therefore appealed to the Bonney Lake Hearing Examiner. A complete appeal application along with the necessary fee must be submitted to the Public Services Department within fifteen (15) days following the date of the decision.
