1. If any potential archaeological resources are uncovered during land surface modification or development activity, all work must immediately stop and notification provided to the City, the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and affected tribes. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be considered a violation of the shoreline permit.
2. The property owner is required to adhere to all applicable federal laws, including the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act and the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service National Bald Eagle Management Guidelines.
3. Appeal: The decision may be appealed to the Bonney Lake Hearing Examiner. Please refer to BLMC 14.120.020 for appeal procedures.
