Sign-up Guide for e-Statements:

Please fully complete the form below to transition your Utility Account from Paper bills to Emailed bills. Once you have submitted the form you may receive one final paper statement before receiving electronic statements. Please be sure to add noreply@ci.bonney-lake.wa.us to your safe senders “whitelist” in your email client. The electronic statement message will contain a Portable Document Format (PDF) that requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have it installed, you may download a copy free from https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Please note that accounts where tenants have been added are not eligible to receive eStatements at this time.
