I also acknowledge by signing below that I agree to abide by the City of Bonney Lake’s standards, specifications, codes and ordinances, which are incorporated into this document by reference; and further agree, that I will ensure that any contractors/subcontractors responsible for work at the site will familiarize themselves with the City of Bonney Lake’s standards, specifications, codes and ordinances and will also abide by the same. Any deviations from the provisions of this permit and/or standards, specifications, codes and ordinances will be reported immediately to the City of Bonney Lake. Pertinent and frequently requested standard details are attached for your convenience. By leaving the contractor information section blank, I hereby further certify that contractors (general or subcontractors) will not be hired to perform any work in association with this permit. I also certify that if I do choose to hire a contractor (general or subcontractor) I will only hire those contractors that are licensed by the State of Washington. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: I agree that I shall defend, indemnify, and hold the City of Bonney Lake, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with activities or operations performed by me or on my behalf out of issuance of this Permit, including the procurement of adequate insurance as required by the City of Bonney Lake, except for injuries and damages caused by the sole negligence of the City of Bonney Lake. I also agree to comply with all Federal, State and local regulations in the performance of the permitted work.
